He is a respected member of ICPAU, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (UK), and the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda (ICGU).

Qualifications: MBA (University of Edinburgh), CPA (U), BBA (Makerere University), Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Uganda)

With more than 15 years of tax advisory experience, Mr. Tinkigamba has a robust understanding of domestic and international tax laws, planning, and management. An associate member of ICPAU, he also brings valuable insights from his 6-year tenure with the Uganda Revenue Authority.
